Joel was incredibly helpful from start to finish, giving us ideas options and competitive prices for the best experiences in Vegas. He was there on the day to fastrack us through security. Helped me no end to organise activities for 20 men on a stag do. The VIP Pool Party at Encore Beach Club was everyone's best day of the trip. I could not fault Upbeat Las Vegas! Joel and Joe were great from beginning to end.  My friend and I traveled to vegas for 5 nights and from Adele, the best night/day clubs to a helicopter over the canyon they had it covered! Our second visit to Las Vegas using Upbeat for our events and the service was just as incredible and personal as it was 8 years ago when the business was much smaller. Joel and the team go above and beyond to make sure you get the best possible booking for your budget - free table upgrades and the stag's name being presented around the venue on arrival are just a couple of the added benefits you get going with Upbeat. Joel checked in with us every morning and was on call whenever we needed him throughout the whole trip. Not sure how or why you'd do Vegas any other way. Upbeat were fantastic hosts for our bachelor party. From clear and prompt communication almost 4 months before our trip, Joel had all the info with the best prices with VIP tables. A party limo was sorted for us from the moment we landed which really started off our trip in style. We originally booked a pool party for the Friday and a club night for the Saturday however upon arrival the weather was looking like heavy rain for the Friday. With it being Vegas we delayed and delayed until the Friday morning arrived with grey skies and cool temperatures. We messaged Joel a couple of hours before the start time of the pool party asking Joel what we could do. Joel told us he will see what he can do and within 30 minutes he managed to swap our events around (after we’d already paid deposits for both) at the 11th hour. Rest assured it was pouring 2 hours later and we were so thankful for the last ditch switch up by Upbeat. We were greeting in the nightclub with a welcome sign and photo which truly made the group feel VIP! TAO is most expensive on a Saturday but Joel ensured we didn’t pay any extra than we had planned and managed to secure a table right in the centre of the venue. We are so happy we went through upbeat and would highly recommend any groups wanting VIP tables sorted in Vegas without having to worry about unknown tips or admin fees and a truly VIP trip!

Upbeat vegas have been amazing from start to finish! They helped us plan our Grand Canyon sunset tour which turned out to be a proposal!! Then Joe sorted us out with a table at ghost bar to celebrate after which has amazing views of the strip at night. We also brought some passes for any pool party or club which allowed you entry and a queue Jump which saved us loads of time and money paying on the door prices. Joe was amazing and really knowledgeable with places to go and things to do which was brilliant for us as it was our first time. The team was always there to answer any questions and they always responded promptly. Wouldn't go to Vegas without using Upbeat
