VEGAS – September 2024 events

No matter what you’ve heard, ask any Las Vegas local and they will tell you fall is the best time to come to the city of lights. The weather cools down enough that you can be outside without spontaneously combusting, and there are still plenty of events to fill your days and evenings with quintessential Sin City action! September is kicking off Autumn with a massive selection of sports matches, clubs, headliners, pools, and outdoor activities you do not want to miss. So- wondering what you can expect from Las Vegas’ September to remember? Read on for your list of “must-do’s”

Labor Day Weekend is the last big HOORAH before Halloween (un)officially marks the end of the Sin City season. Even in winter, you can find day clubs and covered pool parties that keep Vegas busy, but anyone who is anyone shows up for LDW to celebrate, rub elbows with the stars, party it up at the pools before they “close” for the cold season, and partake in the general debauchery brought on by slightly cooler temps and a holiday weekend! If you enjoy comedy, you can catch Kevin Hart Live at Resorts World. If you’re a big Hip Hop fan Wiz Khalifa, Moneybagg Yo, and Simp City will be headlining at Drais, or you can see Ludacris and Lil Wayne at Zouk, while DJ Pauly D, Tyga, and DJ Spider will be spinning at Marquee.

EDM and House Fans can catch Martin Garrix and Zedd at Omnia throughout the weekend, as well as Marshmello, Swedish House Mafia and Skrillex at xs Nightclub. Make sure to save time to save Steve Aoki at Hakkasan, followed by Alesso the following evening.

The clubs are always a must, but the pools are where you’ll want to be this weekend especially, since they will be winding down for the fall season (although some clubs do keep domes up so they can party in swimwear despite the nipply (pun intended) weather. Wiz Khalifa, Waka Flocka and more will keep the Drai’s pool busy, while Mau P and Chainsmokers draw in the crowds to Encore Beach Club. John Summit and Dom Dolla are easy pulls (get your mind out of the gutter) for tickets and guestlist/cabanas at LIV Beach, and while you might not get a shot at getting them outside of the DJ booth, you can still enjoy them up close and personal LDW. Timmy Trumpet and Fisher will commandeer Tao Beach, while Martin Garrix keeps his reigning headliner spot at Wet Republic. No matter where you party: it will be a good way to finish off your summer.

For all those UFC (?) fans, catch Canelo vs Berlanga at the T-Mobile Arena on September 14 for Mexican Independence day, or check out the new Sphere for UFC 360 for the first time ever, making history with this event! Don’t worry football fans, the Raiders are coming back starting September 22 at Allegiant Stadium, and this year smells like a Superbowl year! Prefer your sports with a little more violence and a chilly temperature? The Golden Knights puck off at T-Mobile Arena on September 25, and they aren’t PUCKING around – get it?

So there you have it, folks: everything you could want and more in one city. Make sure to book tickets, tables, cabanas, and even guestlists early, because September is one of the busiest seasons the city sees and you do not want to miss out! What’s first on your list?
